What support packages are offered?

Our most popular package is our Recertification & Support package, where we handle the twice-yearly required app recertifications, but also allot a number of dedicated support hours for bug fixes, enhancements, and customer support. This renews annually, and provides a great holistic offering. We also offer Recertification and Support as separate packaged offerings, or we can build a custom support package for your specific needs.

How much does an app support package cost?

This varies depending on the size of your app and the level of support needed. For a simple Recertification package, the cost will certainly be less than what it would cost you to manage internally. The efficiencies we gain from certifying many apps frequently enable us to offer this package at a very competitive price.

How much of my involvement is needed?

You and your team can be involved as much or as little as you like! For many customers, we handle the recurring recertifications without requiring any of their time or attention. For support & enhancement needs, we expect you will want to have input. We can adjust our levels of communication with you to match your preferred level of involvement.

Will you support my app if Yansa didn't build it?

Yes! Yansa Labs is happy to take ownership of Recertification & Support for apps that you built internally or with another partner. We'll spend some time getting to know your application's functionality and codebase so that we can help you manage it going forward.
